"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"The hotel was very dark and smelled of wet dog. The room was ok but was very old and basic. I booked a double and was given twin. There is a parrot in reception, which you can hear from your room all the time. 2/10 from me. "
