"All the staffs are super friendly and nice. Everything is super clean and smell fresh. The food at the hotel restaurant is really good and reasonably price. The location of the hotel at the riverside is perfect. We will definitely be staying longer when we return to Vang Vieng, Laos next time. The only complain I have is, the tall trees at the swimming pool blocks the view of sun set from our room."

"Overall it was really enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable with great views. Good bed and nice bathrooms with warm water. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast and would have liked more healthy food options like more fruit variety, nuts, musli, whole grain bread. Also the dinner restaurant was not as good as expected."

But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night. "The front staffs were really friendly professional for young staff,very helpful and great smiles all the time. The only thing i would change is the shower part,it need a door or something to nlock water all over bathroom floor. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. Everytbing was great.
