"I was upgraded to a suite because my room didn’t have hot water. I was thankful for the upgrade. The pool area need a remodel. There was a terrible smell in the entrance to the hotel. The location was fantastic to the mall where my appointment was located. "

"The hotel is very active. Many different groups stay here for events around the city. The hotel restaurant is very good and their spa service too. They were also helpful with taxi service. The rooms were super clean. I would recommend this hotel. "
