"Friendly and polite staff. Nice clean and warm rooms. Lift to all floors. Ski boot room.Good breakfast, food served adjacent to bar (or take to room) till 8pm. Parking ok. Hotel offers a free mini bus to nearest mountain lift (Funivia Val Veny) its 10 euro to mountain lift in town i.e. telecabina Dolonne."

"Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room."

"The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean as are all of the public areas. Very attentive and polite staff throughout our stay in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was extensive with extras available from the kitchen. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was fabulous. The bar very comfortable and welcoming. We used the spa and again it was clean and an experience to enjoy. Absolutely recommend a stay here."
