"Flower hotel is located outside the city center; however, there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The area surrounding this hotel is safe and quiet. The room I stayed is small, but it is clean and its amenities are in good condition. The hotel staff is polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. "A colleague recommended the Springs Hotel to me as an affordable option. I'm glad I took his recommendation. Communication was good for airport transfer on arrival. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. The only thing I would have liked is a bedside lamp, but I managed fine without it. Breakfast was okay. And of course the location is good."

"Location was good. More xan be done with their service. We booked for triple occupancy, butcthey provided only for two. We have to constantly ask for additional provisions for the 3rd person. It would be better if they cleaned their entrance at night, when there are less people arriving. When we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, they were watering/cleaning the driveway. Our van was not allowed to drive up to the entrance, so we had to get down along the main road."

It is located quite abit away from city center and there isn't much around it (with Ulaanbaatar traffic jam, u would want something closer if u want to explore the city). It was located out of the centre a bit but only about 5 minutes from where I worked at the shangri la and about 10 minutes walk to the main square"
