"lovely location. breakfast had a huge variety of choices. one small challenge was information. i asked about boat trips, went to the activity desk, who said they weren't running, who sent me back to the front desk, who gave me a bus timetable. every time I asked a question I was handed more paper. this was after a 15 minute long check in where they explained random hotel details. I then had to go to another desk to make dinner reservations - at the hotel. hoping for a bit more...

"This was the most perfect stop on our trip from Kochi City to Tokushima City. A clean, spacious and comfortable room with all the amenities we needed. The highlight was the private bay, where my son and I kicked the soccer ball around and waded in the water. The freshly prepared breakfast was excellent, particularly the homemade An Pan. "Clean and at a good location with eateries nearby. Walking distance to Anan Station. "

"The room was very spacious with it’s own sauna and jet tub. Great for couples or honeymoon. Location is slightly away from the beach. Spider webs cobs were seen under bedside lamp desk and cleanliness of the outdoor jet tub needs improvement. Free drink bar available at reception was a delight. "

"We stayed at Tsubaki House en route to Kamikatsu. It was a nice change from hotel rooms. An entire house with nice water view exactly as per the photos. The property is very private and accessed by a narrow road. Staff that handled check in and check out super friendly and proactive. They were very helpful. Take some food for BBQ. There are some places to eat in driving distance. Great place to stay for a family or small group."
