"Great place for your home away from home. So convenient, in the middle of city. Rooms are huge and very clean. Breakfast is great. Parking might be a little issue, sometimes all spots are taken and might need to park in public parking across the street."

A very welcoming and helpful staff, great service, clean and convenient hotel - I asked for a (very) early check-in and they managed to do that which made a huge difference for me. "i was beset with problems, some of the staff assumed that i was illegal or a refugee, due to my brown skin ( in actual fact I'm british , with a british passport ) was treated with scorn and hate , only realised the issue when the cleaning lady shouted "iraqi" to me and "police " thats when all the bits of the jigsaw slotted into place 1) i was screamed at, and abused to my face 2) was asked to leave the common area when i sat down 3) had used cigarettes, coke cans , food wrappers thrown at...

"In this hotel, we stayed a dozen times since its opening. The hotel needs renovation and hygiene is not satisfactory. Old, defective TV, very poor wifi, odor in the rooms ... The beds are still comfortable and the linens are clean. Breakfast is satisfactory. We won't go back to this hotel unless something changes."

"This is a nice place to look at. The room was clean and the site was well maintained. My only issue was with the burned out light bulbs in the room that were never checked and the person at the front desk who flatly refused to make a breakfast reservation for us. I have never, in over 1500 hotel stays around the world, been refused a breakfast reservation simply because someone did not want to accomodate my request.
