"Hotel in the heart of Old Town. Nice place to sit and have coffee or a drink. Lots of music and performers. Its a short walk to really cute shops. There is an authentic gift shop closeby. Everything is made locally. The room was spacious Housekeeping was great. Didnt try the pool. The food at Upside was excellent but nobody was there both times i went. Front desk (Vlad) gave me some good suggestions. The remaining staff not so friendly."

"i was beset with problems, some of the staff assumed that i was illegal or a refugee, due to my brown skin ( in actual fact I'm british , with a british passport ) was treated with scorn and hate , only realised the issue when the cleaning lady shouted "iraqi" to me and "police " thats when all the bits of the jigsaw slotted into place 1) i was screamed at, and abused to my face 2) was asked to leave the common area when i sat down 3) had used cigarettes, coke cans , food wrappers thrown at...
