"Hycinth hotel is a lovely, centrally located hotel in Trivandrum. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of food! Conveniently located on Manorama Road, close to train station and cbd. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay here again! "

"Good hotel, rooms a bit small and in need of a freshen up, but not to bad. Could have done with a fridge in the Duluxe A/C room that we stayed in. Great food, no upset stomach all the time we were there ( 10 Nights ) Close to the beach, around a two minute walk away, nice pool, always sun beds available to use.Staff were helpful and good fun, they made our stay at the Akhil Beach really nice. "This isn't worth the cost per night. The accommodation is very basic a few steps above a shed, the AC didn't work properly and there were no services, nowhere to buy a coke or beer etc. I foolishly paid up front checked out a day early and they wouldn't refund me one night. However the environment/setting is beautiful but I felt I was being ripped off. "
