"The room was beautiful. Marble floors with lovely patterns. Marble table tops. The bed and pillow were so comfortable. There is a bathtub. We were on the club floor and enjoyed the food and wine with wonderful service. Very quiet hotel. Comfortable air conditioning. "

"I wished that there was more support for non-English speaking clients but otherwise the property met our expectations for a hotel in Villahormosa downtown. The hotel is across the street from the start of the upgraded walking streets with shops and eateries. We chose to dine at the hotel to be safe. We were thankful for the cafe in the hotel. All of the staff was helpful and kind even though the langauage barrier was challenging. "

"The park is nice but the streets around are not in the best part of town. We struggled to find food in the area but the restaurant at hotel is nice. We got to watch our F1 race which was very enjoyable "
