"The front desk spoke nicely and politely. The hotel is in rural area. Can smell the fresh grass in the air. But the room was terrible. Air conditioner was broken and with hot air steaming out. We asked for new room but none available. No engineer came to fix the air conditioner. We only had 2-3 hours of sleep the whole night due to severe heat.
