Guest Houses in Suphan Buri Province

"So, after having such nice welcomes.everywhere I've ever been in Thailand, here was a bit of a shock. There is no real welcome and interaction comes across at best nonplussed, at worst rude. But if you come prepared for that and you have a room on the raft, they are lovely and are good value for the price. Once you get over the lack of interaction with anyone.... It's great! The view from the river are really lovely to wake up to."

"Good location, just opposite the bus terminal. Host is nice to let us place our baggage for storage. Room is dusty, bed is hard to sleep on."

"The place is good if you like quite villager style of living. The place is 2-3km off the main road. Only a couple of shops selling sundry goods. If you do not have your own transportation, then it could be problematic. Need to call the owner to fetch you in as he speak good English. To get supplies or food, need to travel a few kilometers to town. The single unit wooden house is the main thing that attracts me but the room is a bit small and crammed. I would expect them to clear the rubbish...

"It's a home that has been converted into a 5 room hotel. There is free parking. It's cramped, but there's parking. It's on the river, which is nice, but you'll hear river boats throughout the day and night. Because it is formerly a house, you'll hear the guests next door pretty easily. Overall, it's a nice, not too expensive place to stay. No complaints about the room, other than we could hear everything going on in the other rooms. If you like to sleep in, you might want to choose somewhere...

"I stayed to play golf, do sightseeing and calm down. It is true. You are part of the family. Fantastic service. Quiet. Excellent breakfast (and dinner). Need some improvement in external areas. "

"Comfortable homestay hosted by our great host who also cooked us a delicious thai breakfast! Location was decent with one of the best temples within cycling distance. Host leant us her bikes for free and arranged for rides around town from her contacts which was a plus in getting around."
