"My parents, husband, and I spent two glorious days at this hotel and we are eager to return. This is a Spa and wellness hotel and not a tourist hotel, which is why we chose it. "This hotel was incredibly comfortable. It is in the heart of the inner city, just a few paces from the Cathedral, and is very quiet. Rooms, breakfast, decor very nice. My flight was very delayed so I arrived not long before midnight but when I emailed from Frankfurt the staff were super helpful, and made arrangements so I could let myself in however late I arrived. Very nice welcome. Highly recommended"

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of...
