"This hotel was lovely, the room was big and clean. The fridge didn’t seem to be cold and they charge a lot of money for room service delivery which I found strange, as it’s just someone bringing the food from the kitchen up to your room which I haven’t had at other hotels. I didn’t end up going with the room service due to this. Otherwise it’s in a great location, very friendly staff and would stay here again. "

"Be careful about signing up for the basic room. It is beyond basic with no finishes, no refrigerator, metal furniture, not what I’d expect from Scandic. Fortunately I was able to pay to upgrade to a nicer room also without a refrigerator but the hotel very nicely sent one up to me. The hotel was supposed to have bicycles but they were out of order and they nicely made arrangements for me to walk to another Scandic (the Marriott of Scandinavia) and use a bike. "As a US resident the room and facilities are typically “Euro Small” But in all other respects no complaints Great central location with good restaurants within an easy walk Can walk to all the main tourist points of interest Would stay again"
