"As with any Ibis, it's supposed to be budget-friendly, no frills but still meet a standard of comfort and cleanliness that makes it a safe bet. Overall the location is great, the service was good but the room was a bit off. I was travelling with 2 friends so we booked a single room with 3 x single beds but for some reason, these rooms are designed for people with disabilities. "Generally, it's a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the New Years Eve night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30am, and everyone ended up in the lobby, so we had a bad night. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, but I think they could have done a bit more to compensate. All they gave me was a free drink coupon, when I was expecting like a voucher toward a future trip."
