"Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, heavy snow (12+ inches) was unexpected, but awesome scenery. Hiking through snow to neighboring restaurant was a challenge. We were also somewhat overwhelmed by huge number of snowmobile enthusiasts, which severely impeded guest parking availability. The Hot tubs were a real plus for us. "

The gentleman at the front desk over explained many of the less important things and under explained the most important. He also changed our room number and confused himself even more…called me back for something that he didn’t even need me for. The pool was very nice but the water slide snd mushroom sprinkler didn’t work for much of Saturday evening and Sunday morning. "

"The staff was really nice and helpful. We were told they are going through renovations during our stay and the staff apologized. The sheets on the bed didn’t fit properly. Fitted sheet was sliding off and the flat sheet barely hung over either side the bed wasn’t made properly. The drawers for the dresser were tough to use and didn’t go in all the way. Bathroom very clean. "

"Everything was great except our room access device. We even got our key cards reprogrammed and that didn’t help with getting into our room. It took a lot of patience and retrying the keys before we could gain access. One might have thought the desk attendant would have come check the batteries in the lock or some attempt at helping resolve the issue but we had the same problem each time we left the room and tried to get back in. "
