"I was really happy with the comfortable bed, kettle and complimentary coffee and tea, storage space for luggage and clothes, even a steamer for clothes in the room, the stable WiFi, great selection at breakfast, the restaurant, the hotel’s location close to shops and the old city; the design of the shower room was not very practical / not what I would have preferred, but it was still alright. "Continuing from where I was before… The other aspects we found frustrating were that the room was so hot! The first evening there it was roasting, found it hard to sleep! But again the staff were great and even though the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, they made the effort to supply a portable air con machine which took the heat off a bit which ultimately meant our baby could then sleep peacefully! In summary, hotel was okay, I’d be open to staying somewhere else if based upon hotel, but wouldn’t as the staff deserve all the praise and would ultimately be the reason as to why I would stay again and recommend to other people visiting! "Generally excellent hotel close to the centre. The buffet breakfast is ample and very good. The television in my room did not work and could not be fixed during my short stay. The tub/shower arrangement is a bit treacherous getting in and out."
