"We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. "

"One of the better places in Freetown. Staff are lovely but not the best. I cant blame them for this as conditions in Sierra Leone have been difficult for 30 years and education is not easy. The owner and manager are very nice and help as much as they can. You must have some understanding when travelling to countries that arent famous tourist resorts. Be tolerant with the staff. "
