"As soon as you walk in you step back into the 80s. This place needs a facelift and everything else included ASAP. The rooms are ok, the beds are hard! Cold tile flooring everywhere. The ALL INCLUSIVE is the biggest rip off EVER! The food is complete garbage and they only serve pasta and fish so if you don’t eat that you are screwed. If you want something to drink you have to walk from where you are eating and grabbing food to across the hotels lobby and to the bar. The only alcoholic drinks are...

"The property is nice, big rooms, a/c was not working well and was a bit warm to sleep comfortably. We had a disagreement with the parking arrangements offered and ended up paying it twice... we are still waiting for a reimbursement... "

"In the past food was much better, not enough options at breakfast etc. The front stairs to enter so dirty as well as the pool area nothing cleaned daily including pool chairs. We will not go back The air conditioning was horrendous too!!!! We will not return. "
