"Good sized well fitted. Shower doir would not close properly, so I had to turn the shower head to the corner so as to not flood the bathroom. Buggy transfer into terminal understaffed and was not coping. Confusion between volume quality of ' background music in public areas. It is very loud and unpleasnt in the breakfast buffet. It was just as during my previous stay there."

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller...
