"Great outdoor pool (should be open until 10pm) and spa area. (indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! It's not okay to put in a tiny little fan to keep the warm air around?! I mostly enjoyed my stay (because I know this hotel/restaurant) but I would not recommend to family and friends. "Hotel staff are exceptional, especially the young gentleman on the hotels reception. Big clean hotel with decent facilities and a nice clean smelling and friendly vibe to it. As daft as it sounds you feel safe in the hotel. The entrance of the hotel looks directly onto Magdeburg translation which is perfect for commuting to airports and major cities. "

"Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option! "
