Hotel with a Concierge in San Martin Region

"This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff and service. It has lovely grounds. Some evenings music from local establishments is a bit loud. The breakfast is excellent, but dining options are limited. "

"El Mirador had good customer service for the most part. They dont speak much if any english which wasnt a huge deal since I spoke the language but for those who dont, it might be difficult. The only two things were when we got there they tried giving us a room without air conditioning or hot showers, I had to explain that we paid for those services -after that they moved us with no problem. During our stay the service was nice, there wasnt much of a variety for breakfast but it was good. Then on...

"Nice place with nice people. No internet service eventhough we were told that it will work, next day, and next day, and next day. Too many mosquitoes in lobby and breakfast area. Front desk allowed for a quick shower before departing premises which was 4 hours after check out time."
