"Title- Outstanding Service from the Hotel Staff and beautiful Resort I had an amazing stay at Royalton Antigua and the staff played a huge role in making my experience exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality and professionalism of the team stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, whether it was about local recommendations or room preferences. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining the room impeccably clean and comfortable. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear that they take great pride in their work. Special mention goes to the names below for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. "We absolutely loved it here. We stayed a week and it was utter paradise - lounged on the beach or by the pool all day. The food is good, great variety of drinks, and the beaches are amazing. It's a bit tricky to get around, unless you have a car you will be dependent on taxis, but if you're looking for proper relaxation then this is the place! All the staff were totally wonderful, friendly, went above and beyond for us. It might not be the fanciest resort on the island but it was so friendly and welcoming and we felt totally at home. Would recommend to anyone!"

"Rooms were large, Staff is excellent! location was fantastic near great restaurants and shopping. I loved that the staff recommended me to Wine House restaurant and I enjoyed one of the best meals ever!!! thank you staff. the only thing that would have made it better is if the hot water in the shower was a little hotter. I will be returning there on my next business trip!!!"

Other: -need handrails in bathtub. All that said, every question or problem we experienced the "owner" herself patiently and pleasantly provided an answer or solution. "This resort was quiet with breath taking view. It was beautiful. Beach is small but we went in during off season (September) so wasn’t many people at the resort. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. Staff ocassionally came to the beqch to offer drinks and fruit. Beach had some area with seaweed and others that had the softest sand ever. Food was excellent. Drinks were on the stronger side. Because there wasn’t that many people at the resort they opened one restaurant each night. Enjoyed the food at all of them! The only downside was the aggressive birds at breakfast. They didn’t eat your food off the plate while you were sitting there but if left unattended they would have a feast. Room was slightly outdated but the view of the ocean was amazing Welcome to the hotel was a little lackluster but the staff was overall friendly. Matthew, Violet and Edison made our stay pleasurable "
