Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "I am a pilot, was passing through for the night. Owner was kind a gave me a drive to get a bite to eat. Simple quite place with a soft bed, good AC and hot water. Worked for me!"
