When i booked the hotel on 4.8.2015 through internet,though i got the hotel confirmation no.8031823010929, yet they never send the confirmation by mail.While booking i already paid 155 SAR through internet banking. When i reached the hotel the next day,i.e, on 5.8.2015 in Riyadh,the Bengali receptionist refused to acknowledge my booking. "The Four Seasons is a Six star hotel. My only advice to them is “real elegance is toning down the excessive quest to see if the guest is being well looked-after, at some point its just too much, too overbearing. Be inspired by the Japanese, “attention with discretion- that’s the golden standard”. In sum, tone it down a notch."
