"We had a lovely stay at UNA Capotaormina. The reception was friendly and check in was easy with our room ready before the check in time. Although a bit dated the rooms are spacious and clean and the views are stunning. We deliberately chose the beach location but didn’t realise that due to the town being on a hill it’s quite impossible to walk into the town. "The hotel is beautiful, easy to find & offers parking, which is rare. It has amazing sea & mountain views. We enjoyed the walkout balcony in our room where we took many beautiful pictures. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. They offer a continental breakfast with plenty of options to enjoy. We had a wonderful time & would love to return again in the future.. "

Pleasant surroundings once there, but for anyone looking for comfort, this is not the place. Sparse furnishings, not a shelf, hook or soap dish in bathroom. Light too dim to read & TV reception fuzzy. The one unexpected "luxury" was extra pillows. Did not have dinner there, so can't speak for food, but breakfast somewhat disappointing - this is an agroturismo hotel supposed to feature...
