"Hotel located on the road, our room was busy and me with my family must stay at small room with 3 beds that stand one by one. On the pillow I find insects, in the bathroom wasn’t enough towels. Last point was breakfast- there were only pancakes and cakes, no serving tables. "

"We were given two new rooms which were clean and tidy. I especially appreciated the prompt response from the hotel as we checked in at 1am and the hotel staffs emailed us replying they were still there. I just don’t like that they need to keep our passport during check in and think this is completely not necessary. "

"Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. I have been here before and I love this place, but this time things were not as usual."

"If you want to visit the Caserta Royal Palace ( a must) one should stay at the Vanvitelli. A beautiful hotel, great spacious rooms. Great bathrooms, a terrific restaurant, bar and also a really good spa to soothe the traveler. We will definitely bring family and friends here again!"
