"We have been to Caserta before, this was just an overnight stop before catching a flight from Naples Airport. This is a really excellent hotel in all respects. It is two minutes from the station. The accommodation was spectacular. The food (breakfast) was all top quality with a wide range available. Staff were especially helpful and friendly. Really good value for money. "Hotel located on the road, our room was busy and me with my family must stay at small room with 3 beds that stand one by one. On the pillow I find insects, in the bathroom wasn’t enough towels. Last point was breakfast- there were only pancakes and cakes, no serving tables. "

They took the time to provide us with a personalized tour of Cassertavecchia and a silk manufacturing facility. Emma’s insights and Rita’s translation helped us to fully understand what we were seeing. Both ladies are totally focused on customer service."

"Beautiful property. Lovely staff, particularly Alfredo in the bar. Sadly, the food was not to our taste. We ate in the dining room twice, our first meal was poor - seafood pasta gooey and overly fishy. Seabream so salty almost inedible. Our second meal was much better, spectacular lamb and pulled pork. Regardless, we enjoyed our experience but would suggest servers do a quality check on the meals. "
