"We love Andaz, and almost always stay here when we’re back in Ottawa. But just know that right now the lot behind the hotel is being bulldozed and dug out (there is also no longer any onsite parking, as a result of this). Construction begins at 7am and is extremely loud. Thankfully they didn’t seem to be doing much on the weekend. I know there’s nothing to be done, this is the downtown experience. The staff were very accommodating, they had my room ready at noon (probably bc earlier guests...

"It was a nice stay. My only complaint would be that if wasn't cleaned very well before our stay. food on the carpet and crumbs on two of the chairs in the sitting room. Makes you wonder what else wasn't cleaned properly. Staff were very nice"
