"One of our go-to hotels in Ottawa for Winterlude. Kids loved it, especially the pool and hot tub. The only issues were pretty minor. Hot tub has a max capacity of 2, which sucks when you're a family of 4. And the hotel restaurant is a little pricey for what you get, but thats pretty standard for hotels of this level and general cost of food these days it seems. "

"Our stay was fine. It was last minute and well priced with paid parking. The fitness center and game room were kind of banged and dirty. The sofa in the apartment was worn out. Apartment otherwise was clean, good WiFi and modern. "
