"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and considerate. After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I’ve traveled to other countries where early check-ins are rarely permitted. "We enjoyed our time here but had a few issues. The good: First off, the hotel and grounds are stunning. Truly it’s out of a movie! The lobby is really breathtaking. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was great. They provided a lot of bottled water which is so appreciated. The breakfast buffet was just fine-typical buffet in this area and the place you eat is beautiful. The pool bar had good food. Our issues were with the high cost of food and an event that led to having to make a noise...

"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. The pool area is fantastic. A great range of included on-site activities - we had a great time at Sujith's mocktail masterclass, and the female guide who led the stargazing and geology walk (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was so good.
