Waterpark Hotels in Oklahoma from AED 162

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"The front desk associate when we checked didn’t feel well at all but was extremely efficient with the check in. The night front desk associate not as helpful. My husband was trying to get a soda-machine was not working properly. He went to the front desk and the associate was very rude. He said rudely-those machines are not ours! I can’t help you. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation.
