"This property is nice but needs updating. The rustic feel would work better if the blinds worked and it felt more private and one could get quality sleep. The construction going on around the property made my sleep difficult. You can hear all the noises even with ear plugs. They were nice to move my room to get further away from the construction but I still heard the incessant hammering. I had Bali belly so I needed naps during the day. That didn’t work so well. "A very well run resort with an outstanding restaurant and an excellent breakfast included. Nice rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean below with a backdrop of an active volcano. Staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating to my every need."

"Fantastic location with beautiful rooms. You can snorkel off the reef and see turtles and octopus. The staff were very friendly and the food excellent. Very close to massage parlours and shops. I would recommend hiring a scooter to get around."

"I loved the staff and the accommodations. The staff bent over backwards to schedule tours, spa services and even change of rooms. The hotel is spotless and the views are amazing. You will not be disappointed staying at this amazing hotel. I will definitely recommend this place for family and friends."

"We had two different rooms over three nights. They gavebus a free upgrade due to an issue with smoke in the area not caused by the hotel. Both rooms were lavish with plunge pools. Excellent showers and beds with amazing views of the aqua blue waters and surf. The food was very good at sll meals and all the staff we happy and smiling."
