"Lembongan Sanctuary Villas was a fabulous property. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. They helped us with scooter hire and a few other things on our stay. The room we had was absolutely amazing although our view was particially obstructed as another hotel had built a ridiculous roof right infront of ocean view the staff were so apologetic and it wasnt even their fault. "Great location, great service. It’s a walking distance to the kelingking beach. We stayed two nights there so we can have whole day to spend at the kelingking beach. It was quite challenging to climb down to the beach and climb back again. There’s no public toilets nearby, the only ones belong to the local shops which you have to pay and does not look so clean. So it’s nice to live close enough that we can go back to our room to use the toilet and take a shower after the climbing. It’s a very...

"While the property is good, food was terrible. Also, we left our AirPods at the hotel but when we got back they were not to be found. Most likely one of the staff took it. Overall a very average stay and the dishonesty cost us even more dearly. "

"The beautiful view with the infinity pool was very relaxing and it was easy to ask for a taxi to local beaches and restaurants. The taxi is a seat without seat belt or helmet in the back of a small truck, on some rough roads but if you can handle that, bring cash for a great stay. There was plenty of bottled spring water supplied too"
