"We stayed on the first floor and we were unable to change the temperature in the room. Normally we would just open the window, but the window was locked and we could not get any air flow in the room. Also, there was no staff around to inform of this issue."

"This hotel is a bit outside of the center of action for this tourist part of Andong, but its proximity to transportation for the areas outside of the city and even within the city are excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and have good natural light. Although it is clear the hotel is a bit run down, it is still perfectly serviceable and provides a convenient, comfortable place to stay when exploring Andong and its surroundings. "The hotel was great. The room was very spacious and had housekeeping every day to tidy up and leave water bottles. The staff were helpful as we asked for extra towels (only 1 in the room) and held our bags after checkout. A floor towel for in front of the shower would have been nice, as water went all over the bathroom. Also another pillow, it was weird to only have 1. "
