"We stayed on the first floor and we were unable to change the temperature in the room. Normally we would just open the window, but the window was locked and we could not get any air flow in the room. Also, there was no staff around to inform of this issue."

The staff were helpful as we asked for extra towels (only 1 in the room) and held our bags after checkout. A floor towel for in front of the shower would have been nice, as water went all over the bathroom. Also another pillow, it was weird to only have 1. "

"This is a nice, clean hostel, that appears to be family owned. The family lives in one of the rooms. As such, it very much feels like their space, so not as much as a traditional hoste. When I arrived they actually were not expecting me although I had booked in advance. Apparently the manager had been sick so they did not see my reservation.
