"The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with good access to the beach and a nice pool- although loungers would have been nice. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even when there were language barriers. Unfortunately, the poor build quality of the roomms meant there were gaps around the doors- so the air con was nowhere near a decent efficiency. "Staff very polite and genuinely ready to help. Hotel layout, particularly lobby and terrace are amazing. Dinning hall supervisor (Glen) was always there to make sure that other staff are prompt in providing great service. Highly recommended. Will come back in near future "
