"This is a very neat hotel. The room design is cosy and every room is equipped with a spa bath tub. Somewhat surprisingly there is no minibar in the rooms. This was somewhat unlucky because I caught the flue the day before we arrived at the hotel and i needed a lot of beverages. But the staff was really helpful and provided me with tea regulalry and organized a doctor who came by. But be careful: The hotel is not located where hotels.com shows it on the Map. "Nice place just majorly lacks some love and care. It could be so amazing, the room we had was ok, but needed work. Breakfast was quite good. "

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

Better than one tends to expect by judging beforehand from website photos (frequently I feel the opposite at other hotels). "The hotel, grounds, and staff are excellent with beautifully manicured gardens, pool , very clean apartment and comfortable beds. However it is located next to route 40 and the road noise is very much present. The breakfast is minimal with semiluna, bread, jam , cookie and coffee grounds delivered to your room to make yourself.
