"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"In the middle of the jungle. Show doors can open to be emersed in the jungle. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and dinners were reasonably priced.We had a 2 bedroom suit which was very expensive. The grounds are amazing. Unforgetable experience. Friendly and accomodating staff."

"Nice place to getaway from cell phones, email etc. as they do not have wi-fi. Beautiful, refreshing pool. Excellent mission to be eco-friendly. We enjoyed the screened in room right on the river and hearing the rain. However, it gets very warm and there is no fan. Food is excellent. The staff (except for the activities director) was unfriendly. Acted like we were inconvencing them. Need better trading. No one on the staff spoke English. "Magnífica ubicación junto al rio Hollín en sector Archidona - Ecuador. Para llegar al Hotel después del estacionar el vehiculo caminas 900metros por un sendero en la selva. Buena atención y hospitalidad de sus dueños. Un verdadero hotel familiar para quién ama la naturaleza. Excelente para descansar y pescar. Maravilloso"

"We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me. But the place was so nice we were very happy we stayed here. "
