"Nice hotel in a beautiful location service was spotty - at times great, others dismal. Facilities a bit odd. Overpriced buffet or 2 high end restaurants. No place for a single person to get a casual meal except the bar. Nice swimming pool but no outdoor lounge space with views of lake. Room near elevator was loud. "

The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served.
