"Great hotel, communication was fantastic, we were running late for check in and they provided very easy instructions for after hours check in. "

"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "
