"We have stayed at this hotel several times before and have never been disappointed. The work out room is well equipped. The pool is indoors! The shower is as hot as you would ever consider using. The location is right in the middle of everything. Take it from a couple of fussy old Long Islanders, Square Phillips Hotel deserves 6 stars on the scale from 1 to 5! "

The staff was friendly and always helpful, our room was spacious and spotless, and the captive restaurant, Brasserie 701, was a great place for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. The location was very convenient for both Old Montreal (on the corner of the Place D'Armes) and Downtown. We would definitely stay again."
