"This is a 2-star motel (albeit it says Hotel). Great for a pitstop (and lower cost). However, the rooms, despite being smoke free, due to the doors opening to the outside, it is clear alot of smoke comes back in rooms, or guests "smoke" in the doorway. In my case, there were still glasses of water with cigarette butts by the street door, that smelled - and only adds to the problem with wanting to air out your room. The service was great... but the property is definitely in bad shape. And...

"We were not informed that there was no drinkable water in the room before we saw the sign telling us not to drink the water. And no drinkable water was left in the room for us to drink. The next morning we found an almost empty water distributer from what we were able to fill our own bottle and finally brush our teeth. We asked questions but no one seems to be able to talk to us. The next morning, the cleaning lady was able to answer our questions. The hotel really need a tender loving care....

"It was a great stay and the hotel is top of the line. It's big, spacious, and elegant. But, my room had one of those ridiculous connecting doors in it, that connects to the room beside it, and at times you could hear the other people talking and moving around in there. It was certainly not an experience of a private room, which is a real shame. "
