"We stayed in a room with a private bath; would not have liked to share the showers. Some people walked from showers to their room and not sure if they were cleaned in netween uses... Our room was very charming. The gift shop was awesome; loved the discounts on everything after Labor Day! "

"Two things I didn't like were the fact that I arrived by train and they no longer transport you from the arrival platform to the hotel. THis could be a real problem in winter! Secondly, the dinner menu was very limited to what it was on my last visit and no real breakfast or lunch menu."

"Be prepared for no elevator and tipping a bellhop to carry your luggage up the stairs. No modern conveniences in the room and WiFi was spotty. NO TV. Two beds, a desk and two chairs.
