"Always a great stay! The only thing I would change is the shower heads. Unless your hair is like 2” long you cannot wash it and expect to rinse the shampoo and conditioner out. Other than that everything is great! Beds are super comfy! "

Requested quiet room and there were few guests at the time, yet was put right beside another occupied room with the rest of the floor likely mostly empty. Could easily hear those guests come in very late, even just talking, laughing, playing TV; understandable to have noise in hotels with thin walls but, would have been more ideal and thoughtful to have guests set apart when there are...

"The place is lovely. Unfortunately we chose this place for the pool but currently the pool is under renovation. It does have a gym and adjoins a mall and small casino though, so there are perks. Staff is terrific. "

"This was perfect for my stay. My one and only complaint would be the lack of hot water. When I went to wash my face or take a shower, the water only got just above lukewarm. I did let the front desk know and it seemed to be an issue for a couple of rooms. Other than that it was a fabulous stay."

"I didn’t know I had to specifically request a room for having dogs but the lady at the front desk was so amazing and got me into a room. I was cranky to say the least due to a long road trip ( no excuse) but she made me feel so much better and handled the situation so great! She was so great to me and my husband . Thank you "
