"I had an4 hour delayed flight and wasn't getting in until 3am. I called the hotel they told me they would be there to let me in. It took a lot stress off the situation. I would ask they give a few more larger towels but the room was clean, warm and grrat view of downtown "

"The hotel was clean and decently maintained; however, the walls and door are extremely thin. We stayed overnight on a week day after my daughter’s surgery. She wasn’t able to rest at all due to the noise level of other guests. They were singing in the hall and their room in the middle of the night. Their behavior had nothing to do with the hotel nor the staff, it was mentioned to elaborate on my statement about the walls and door being thin."
