"The hotel is nice and clean, the front desk service needs to be educated about tourist identification information. American passport does not need a resident card as a 2nd Identification. The state driver license contains the photo of the person as the passport holder. I was charged the local tax because they do not validate my passport. "

"Great place but they have to fix the issue with the water. First day it was normal, but after the rain it was like sewage water. The people that work here are EXCELLENT. The actual hotel is beautiful. The ambiance is amazing. It's just the plumbing has to be fixed or they have to be prepared to refund guests. They will keep your money regardless of what malfunctions. Not good business."
