"Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. I mean, truly amazing and relaxing. Beautiful pool. Fun game room. The problems: This is a long way from Villavicencio! 70,000+ pesos each way, to and from. "I love to tell, how beautiful it was, but the property, management and owner, have not respect, afper booking my trip in advance and following all guidelines with expidia, we arrived at the hotel and guess what no room available they offer the room to someone else for a higher price.
