"The room was lovely, the check in staff last night very nice, parking easy, everything good until this morning. The lady at the checkout was quite rude, first at an encounter in the spa, then again at the check out, very unprofessional and it ruined our lovely stay at the hotel a bit. A shame as everything else was great.. "
