"La limpieza y tranquilidad del hotel es lo mejor! Las habitaciones super cómodas y el personal un 10. La ubicación también es excelente. El único problemas que tuvimos es que dos días tuvimos que dejar el auto afuera porque el estacionamiento estaba lleno. Lo recomiendo 100%!"

"Part of the blame lies with hotels.com but after our reservation was lost the situation was handled poorly. The male owner said we did not have a reservation after being shown the receipt and said we could stay if we paid again and that we could then cancel our paid for non refundable reservation on our own. After they found the reservation the receptionist still tried to blame the site and us after we tried to place a complaint. The rest of the stay was uncomfortable."

"Absolutely amazing service - the front desk staff were friendly and immediately responsive. Check-in was a little hectic - no hot water - a problem which was fixed right away. The fixtures are a little old (old style door knobs, not even bottle of water in the room, low water pressure) but excellent bedding, comfortable, spacious, great location and view. Breakfast also needs a major overhaul."
